Outstanding driver and scheduling eficiency.
My travel companion was unable to accompany me last minute for a medical procedure in Miami. My surgeons office told me that I had to have someone discharge or else my procedure would have to be rescheduled. In a panic, I googled medical companions & stumbled across MyFredy. It was exactly what I was looking for, but almost sounded too good to be true. On a whim, I decided to book & pre-pay and crossed my fingers that I wasn’t getting scammed…from start to finish the service was amazing & exactly as promised! I would highly recommend for anyone in need of assistance with medical procedures after care. My companion Haydee was the best 🙏
MyFredy was a great solution for me. Needing an outpatient procedure where they insisted someone be there and wait was a challenge. Google helped me find MyFredy. It was a great experience. They were able to adjust smoothly as the procedure start time was changed. Absolutely excellent service
I have two young kids and a working spouse and all my friends are in the same strained life stage- this service was absolutely necessary for my outpatient surgery. MyFredy driver / companion was early for my 5:30am pick up and lovely. Highly recommend.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did have some confusion. The driver would not answer his phone. With out-patient procedures, the hospital staff must be able to speak to your driver before and after the procedure.
My Fredy was a wonderful resource for me. The planning was accurate and compassionate. My driver, Paula, was professional, friendly and such a great companion.
My Freddy driver was great! She picked me up, delivered me to the surgery center which was quite a trek, stayed during the procedure and then delivered me home safely. I will definitely use MyFredy if I ever need to again.

My Freddy was wonderful to work with. It was easy to sign up and my driver was on time and got me to my appointment on time and was an excellent driver. He waited for me the whole time in the waiting room. Was very personal and easy to talk with. I can't say enough good things about him! Thank you!
Very personable and helpful individual to assist me with pick up.communication before and duringappointment was excellent. When the clinic required additional support the day before a test MyFredy came through in hours with support even though I had to request after 5 pm

I did not want to bother my brother or sister to take me to an appointment the hospital insisted have a driver to stay. With even more traffic than anticipated Justin got me there on time. It is expensive though. Justin was personable and professional.

A great service that fills a unique need well. The MyFredy person was on time, thorough, and made an unpleasant event go much better.
I had a last minute change and my family member couldn’t accompany me to my surgery so I started to search for medical companion services and found My Fredy. Thank God I did because it was the best experience I could’ve had! My companion was at my hotel waiting for me well ahead of schedule and made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. She was there for my entire surgery, went to the pharmacy for me and took me back. She was so kind and compassionate, I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. Very highly recommend for anyone needing this kind of service.

Would give more stars if I could. Jonathan was great at coordinating and answering my questions. And my transport person (Haydee) was exceptionally professional and competent, waited with me, and put me at ease.
I traveled from Vero Beach to Miami for outpatient surgery, and wish we had a service like this up in Vero.
